This Sunday's service is going to be a bit unique. We will be holding an abbreviated worship service (30 minutes) followed by a workshop on telling stories.
This is the 2nd of 3 workshops funded by a grant from the Calvin Center for Worship. We will host an abbreviated worship service starting at 10am and will then spend some time experimenting with storytelling. A few people will share stories they have been working on, and we will all be invited to participate in some storytelling exercises. We will be led by Paula Carter, an experienced storyteller and author. It will be a new experience: fun, and perhaps stretching.
Next week (4/15) we will be back to our more typical Sunday service.
